VIB Annual Agreement

These terms and conditions affect your legal rights and are in addition to our standard terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you read and understand them before agreeing to them. The VIB Annual Pass agreement is made between Gravity Fitness Ltd and the ‘VIB Annual Pass’ holder (or parent / guardian) detailed on the agreement form.  Where the holder is a child, the parent / guardian must complete the agreement and consent to the child holding the VIB Annual Pass and take responsibility for the monthly / quarterly direct debit payments.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

All children under the age of 5 must be supervised on the park at all times by a parent, responsible adult or guardian who has their own valid VIB Annual Pass or has paid for the relevant session.

A VIB Annual Pass:

• is valid for the named person only and cannot be transferred

• permits the holder to one valid session per day (see below) at the named park

• requires a photo of the holder to be kept on file

• can be taken via two payment options, monthly or quarterly

The VIB Annual Pass is valid for the following hourly sessions:

1. Parent & Toddler.    2. Open Jump.     3. SEND Sessions.     4. After Dark / Gravity Glows

The VIB Annual Pass is not valid when there are whole park sessions scheduled such as fitness classes and private events. During ‘Unlimited Tuesday’s’ sessions, the VIB Annual Pass will be valid for one-hour of the session. The VIB Annual Pass is not valid for Climb Sessions, Golf Sessions, Aerial Adventures or Virtual Reality, where these activities are available at a Gravity location.

VIB Annual Passes allow the holder to enjoy one hourly session per day at your Gravity Park. When at the park, you may request additional sessions, but this is at the discretion of the park management. VIB Annual Passes are for walk in use only, booking online is not available. Where the park capacity has been reached, the pass holder will need to wait for the next available session.

A photograph of the pass holder is taken at the time of issue and held on Gravity’s system for identification purposes. All information and images collected at the time of issue are subject to our Privacy Policy. VIB Annual Passes are non-transferrable to another person and non-refundable.

A VIB Annual Pass is valid at the Gravity park named on the agreement form, it cannot be used for any other Gravity parks. A VIB Annual Pass entitles the holder to bounce only during advertised hours. Gravity may alter opening and closing times throughout the year.

The VIB Annual Pass is conditional on the payer’s agreement to pay by direct debit and for a minimum twelve month period. All monthly or quarterly payments for this minimum term period must be made prior to the VIB Annual Pass being cancelled. The first monthly or quarterly payment is collected automatically on or around the fourth day after completion of the online direct debit form and the subsequent Go Cardless confirmation email. Subsequent payments will be collected on or around the same date of the month or at ninety day intervals.

You can withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days, beginning on the day after you create your Go Cardless Direct Debit agreement, by contacting centraladmin@gravity-uk.com. If you withdraw from this agreement during this cooling off period, you agree to repay the total costs of any services consumed using the VIB Annual Pass agreement at the standard price to us within fourteen days from the date the withdrawal was requested.

Non-payment for any reason will result in a hold being put on the use of the VIB Annual Pass. If payment is not received within fourteen days of the due date, the VIB Annual Pass will be terminated and the balance of the remaining minimum term will become payable within thirty days.

After the initial 12-month period, the agreement will continue as a rolling monthly or quarterly agreement which may be cancelled in writing by giving no less than twenty eight days notice prior to your next collection date. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Within your agreement period, written requests to cancel, giving no less than twenty eight days notice prior to your next collection date, will be considered due to: relocation (15 miles), serious injury, serious illness, pass holder pregnancy or redundancy (Gravity reserve the right to ask for evidence of cancellation request reason). You must agree to be contacted by post, email or phone regarding this agreement should there be any unexpected issues with a scheduled payment collection. Cancellations should be directed to the park for which the pass is held by letter or email (centraladmin@gravity-uk.com). Gravity may alter the monthly or quarterly cost options and / or the terms and conditions of the VIB Annual Pass by giving twenty eight days notice of these changes. Gravity reserves the right to end any VIB Annual Pass by giving a minimum of twenty eight days notice.
